​I specialize in supporting teenagers and young adults navigating the challenges of coming-of-age. With a focus on Anxiety Disorders and Depression & Mood Disorders, I offer a compassionate approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered techniques. Additionally, I work on executive functioning skills with my teenage and college-aged clients including organization, time management, problem-solving and inhibitory control.
